Jonathan Esfandi
Jonathan is the Founder and Managing Partner of JNE Partners LLP a London based investment firm.
Jonathan has over two decades of experience in the investment business across private and public equity and credit. Prior to JNE Partners, Jonathan was a Partner of MSD Capital, Michael Dell’s family office and President of MSD Partners Europe. Before founding the London office for MSD, Jonathan was a Vice President at Lone Star funds and started his career at Deutsche Bank in their Investment Banking division.

Stephanie Kramer
Stephanie is a two time Tony Award-winning producer and Vice Chairman of Roundabout Theatre Company’s board of directors, which she has served on for over 10 years. She is a member of the Penn Live Arts board of overseers at the University of Pennsylvania. . Stephanie is producing the upcoming play Giant starring John Lithgow with direction by Nick Hytner at the Royal Court Theatre. She graduated with a B.A. from Columbia University and a J.D. from Cardozo School of Law

Jon Amouyal
bringing a wealth of financial expertise from his extensive career. As a partner at The Children's Investment Fund since 2012, and with previous executive experience at Goldman Sachs Investment Partners, he enriches our strategic planning. His tenure at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and early insights from Citigroup Global Markets further enhance our financial acumen. Jon's ability to navigate complex financial landscapes is invaluable in driving our mission.

James Diner
Jamie has worked in the financial services and hedge fund industry for the last 25 years. He started his career at Goldman Sachs in New York in 1998 and co-founded a hedge fund (DSAM Partners) in 2011. Jamie has been active in multiple charitable organisations mostly related to supporting Anglo Jewry and Israel causes for all of his adult life.

Michal Noe
worked in the third sector for over 20 years, growing and advising charities and foundations both as a consultant and sitting trustee. She was a founder trustee of Noa Girls, a mental health charity and is the founder of One Great Day, an organisation that raises money for children’s health charities across the UK. Michal has taken the strategic and operational lead in a number of large community projects advocating and raising funds, including as co-producer of Letters, Light and Love 2024.

Moran Sinay
worked in the Israeli Ministry of Defence for 15 years.
Her current responsibilities include serving as Head of Operations for Israel Former Prime Minister, Ehud Barak. As part of that, she developed an extensive network of contacts in Israel and internationally.
Moran plays a central role in Know No Sorrow, being in touch with 40 children across 22 families.
Moran sits on the board and is a voting member of the organization.

Roy Zabludowicz
Roy Zabludowicz is a venture capitalist and the Founding Director of Mena Technology Fund (MTF), a seed venture fund focused on supporting technology innovation in the Middle East. With a background in real estate investment and leadership roles at Tamares Group, he has overseen major real estate and investment operations across the U.K., U.S., and Europe. Roy has been involved in No more sorrow since its implementation helping the organisation host an off-site at Tamares hotels .

Heloisa Mizne
Heloisa Mizne is the co-founder of Canto Design, a London-based platform dedicated to showcasing and selling Brazilian artisanal crafts to a global audience. Canto merges a passion for contemporary art and design with a mission to highlight and preserve the cultural richness of Brazil, particularly from underrepresented communities.
A dual citizen of Brazil and the United Kingdom, Heloisa has lived in São Paulo, New York, and London, bringing a global perspective to her work.
